Healthy breakfast


or at least part of a healthy one.....
As promised yesterday here's the melon( looking like a pumpkin ) and the green almonds. The almonds are soft and a little juicy and full with energy .
Do you eat a healthy breakfast every day ? I know too many that think they will loose weight by not eating anything in the morning.(so totally wrong).....and the worst part is that a lot of kids does not eat anything at all in the morning. Can a growing body and brain function without any fuel ? No !
