5 different kinds of tomatoes

is what I picked today

they all look and taste different.....

it's a really healthy snack... and I get to have them to myself....
no one else in the family likes to eat them as I do...
as a snack

I think it's the first time I actually get tomatoes from tomato plants !
she must have given me the best plants...
thanks again Katrin.....
it has been so much fun to see how it grows and to harvest all these wonderful healthy veggies

wonder if I have any olives and feta cheese home?
all of a sudden I got a craving for a greek salad !

life goes on

but it felt like it came to a stop monday night
when my dear father-in-law passed away

practical things need to be done
a day at a time

yesterday the very best friend in the world came by with dinner
it tasted so good..

Thank you so much Katrin
you're always so thoughtful

just being there...

at the moment it's really all about just being there

it's so difficult

just being there

isn't there something I can do
besides just being there ?

it's difficult to accept
that
there's nothing I can do

besides from

just being there

Life isn't always easy peasy

at the moment it's tough
my father-in-law is not well
so all I can do is to sit with him

and hold his hand
I wonder if he knows that I'm there ?

life isn't always easy

Grapes......

finally I can eat the grapes

so many but pretty small but

sweet....and oh, so much fun to pick your own grapes !

and the chillies are turning red...

hmmm, I wonder if they are like my Indian purple tiger chilli ?

surprise ! the Indian coriander I planted has grown too...
so tasty
I get to keep this to myself because no one else in the family likes coriander...
as much as I do
think I will bring it to my very best friend next week

enjoy your saturday, dear reader
