and a lot of colour...what a great day it's been on the school grounds ....
the weather could have been better though ( I think this was the coldest day ever for me in India ), but still teachers, students, parents and future students turned up and made it into a fantastic day...so many things happened on the school grounds...I'll try and show you...welcome and enjoy in the spirit of Republic day, which is actually tomorrow on the 26th of jan...
Mrs Sunitha Nambiar looks pleased but cold....
the decorations where everywhere and so well done....I mean, what an entrance into the school grounds...can't but make you smile...
soooooo many balloons ....love it.....balloons makes me happy....
facts, like the evolution of the Indian flag, and info surrounding Republic day was embedded with vendors, food stalls and art activities....like for instance painting, clay making, charcoal drawing and puppetry making
just like Mahatma Gandhi inspired so many to do....hand spun on a charkha...looks easier than it really is...

the zorb.....I had to see who was inside...
looked like A was ready to go....and off he zorbed away....

the kids had done a lot of decorations....beautiful doves....
interested in what was going on on the amphitheater.....what was gong on there? I will tell you about that tomorrow because that needs a post of its own..or I should say show you since it's mostly pictures....
